Habiru Library

The library’s collection began has about 200 donated books. Today it has grown with a number print books, e-books, over 50 journal and newspaper subscriptions, as well as online databases, audio-visual items, archives, and a strong collection of religious history materials.

The library serves as an information gateway and training center. It contains a two workstation computer lab with biblical language software, software for graphic development and multimedia presentations, access to the library’s online database collections and e-books. The library also serves as a training resource for students who need to learn new computer programs for their classes such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Endnote.

The Habiru library attempts to create an active learning environment where students of all ages and walks of life come together with information of many different and diverse perspectives. It supports not only the curriculum but helps students develop life long learning skills and attitudes.
